Steak

Individual filet mignon or other premium cut grilled or broiled to juicy perfection, bacon wrapped upon request. Steak sauce offered but won’t be needed! Depending on tastes and budget other cuts of beef can be substituted and still guaranteed tender and juicy.

 

Seafood

Choose a selection from the sea to offer your guests: Lobster tails, shrimp cocktail, shrimp scampi, crab cakes, scallop skewer, or any other favorite you suggest.

 

Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin rubbed with a mustard herb mixture then wrapped in apple wood bacon and roasted atop sprigs of fresh rosemary and garlic cloves.

 

Citrus Chicken

Juicy roasted chicken full of orange, lemon, oregano, and garlic flavors. Served with a gravy made with the pan drippings and a splash of citrus juice.

 

Roman Stewed Chicken

Chicken breasts and thighs with peppers and onions stewed in a white wine sauce flavored with tomato, fresh herbs, pancetta, and capers.

 

Cheese Enchiladas Verde

Corn tortillas filled with a blend of Cheddar and Monterey cheeses and onion baked with green tomatillo sauce and more cheese on top.

 

Taco Bar

Choice of chicken, steak, fish, and/or pork offered with tortillas and a range of toppings such as cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, cilantro, and salsa.
