Rainbow Gratin


Yellow and green squash artfully arranged with roma tomatoes in a bed of sautéed garlic and onions and dusted with parmesan cheese then baked until bubbly.

Herb-Butter Tossed Tortellini

Cheese-filled tortellini coked audente and tossed with an herb infused butter and parmesan cheese. If it would compliment the dinner, a touch of balsamic can be added for a touch of tang and color.
