Fresh ingredients blend simply to make a dish that can’t be improved. Chopped basil leaves are blended with ground pine-nuts, garlic, parmesan cheese, and olive oil. A touch of cream adds a nice consistency and flavor. Tossed with pasta of your choice.


Spinach Fettucini Alfredo

Spinach fettucini robed in a thick and creamy Alfredo made with aged parmesan cheese. Topped with fresh baby spinach leaves and more grated cheese. Add grilled chicken or salmon for a full meal in one tasty bowl.

 

Pasta Fresca

A great choice for a hot summer lunch or dinner or for those wanting a figure-friendly pasta anytime of year. Pasta of your choice, we recommend a whole-grain angel hair for this one, tossed with fresh roma tomatoes, chopped basil leaves, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil. Lightly sprinkled with shaved parmesan cheese.

 

Pasta Rustica

Succulent shrimp, juicy chicken, penne, and sun-dried tomatoes in a rosemary-pancetta cream sauce. A decadent meal worth every bite.

 

Lasagna

Your choice of Garden Vegetable, Mushroom Alfredo, Classic Cheese, Sausage, Turkey, or Butternut Squash. Good luck deciding, you may have to do two. No matter what you do, there is no wrong choice!

 

Spaghetti and Meatballs

Meaty and perfectly seasoned meatballs, formed to your preference from softball to bite-sized. Our favorite recipe includes a mix of beef and pork, but can be made with turkey, veal, or another blend. Served in a rich marinara sauce over a mound of perfectly cooked pasta.

All Italian families have their version or ragu, or sauce, and a favorite macaroni, or pasta, shape to serve it over. Kate has mastered many recipes - from Bolognese with beef and vegetables, to rich and slightly spicy Sausage and Tomato, to vegetarian options such as Basil Marinara, Vodka Sauce featuring tomato sauce kissed with vodka and cream, and peppery Diavolo if you like it hot.
